I think you should also be able to log in with Ardor Lite, but to import your account you need to know the account number - i.e. just change the account prefix from Nxt-...-...-... to Ardor-...-...-...

great project. you are the best guys. This is the first and only project to date where I lost money doing absolutely nothing wrong. I will tell my friends and other people about this incident so that none of them even think about buying and hodling this beautiful coin in their wallets, which is so easy to steal, and then no one can do anything, no one will help, no one will be able to return the stolen. Good thing I only had 566 coins. Thanks a lot!

Yeah, sorry, I was just thinking outloud about the possibilities. Personally, I wouldn't disregard a brute-force attack in this case, since the public key for your account wasn't announced (not 256bit protection) and that recently there seems to be some former ETH forgers willing to make the most of their used equipment😕 But I have no way to know for sure, just guessing. Unfortunately blockchain is decentralized and transactions already done can't be undone. The only thing you can do is trace the movements using a block explorer to see where the money goes, but, unless the hacker makes a mistake by linking the account address to his person, there's no way to know who owns an account

Ok. What I mean is that until your public key is announced (outgoing transaction made from your account, or including your public key when depositing founds for the first time...) your account is only 64 bit protected and not 256bit protected. With 64bit protection is very unlikely for a hacker to bruteforce an account.. but not 100% impossible. If you are so sure the hacker didn't learn somehow about your passphrase, nor you didn't share it with anyone, nor there weren't any keyloggers involved... for a hack is the only possibility I can think of.

I'm sure they were stolen. I know where my seed phrase is stored. I could copy it to "favorites" telegram. My telegram is protected by two-factor authentication. I store the seed phrase in the mail in a pgp protected email. It is absolutely impossible to imagine that someone accidentally gained access to a telegram or mail bypassing such protection. If there were millions of coins in my wallet, a skilled hacker would deliberately try to crack it. But I had a very small amount.

I hold over 100 different projects. This is the first time that coins have simply disappeared from the wallet. I would like to understand what happened. Where were my coins transferred to? It is as I said. For your account to be fully secured, every new account must announce its public key on Ardor/NXT.

That the public key should be announced has been discussed since the early days of NXT(9years ago). So, it has been guided in the wiki or tutorial and the wallet has been showing a warning message. And the community informed and educated each other about it.

AFAIK, it seems that hacker accounts are using multiple IDs on multiple exchanges. I'm not sure if there's actually a way to find it... Sorry for not being helpful.

If new account don’t announce public key on blockchain, it’s security is not sufficient to protect from hackers.

When sending ARDR, child chain tokens such as IGNIS or any other token to a new account using the new account's address the resulting account is protected only by 64 bit account id, which is somewhat not as secured as the 256 public key which provides ultimate protection.

The risk is that someone can brute force a passphrase that maps into the same account id so that both accounts are indistinguishable so that the attacker can spend the funds in this address.
