@TrumperMel came under fire this election season for watching drop boxes in Arizona. Now she's being sued by all the big guns who are pressuring her to either pay crushing legal fees for this to go away, or commit to no more drop box watching (Hmmm, thought nothing was going on there to be concerned about?)

A plea to our Freedom Community: Take your mind back to Thursday 10 February last year. Hundreds of protesters had taken over Parliament grounds to protest against the vaccine mandates and in support of the right to bodily autonomy.
You may remember dreadlocked Laura who was dragged out of the protest line by two police women and forced to the ground where a 100kg male police officer kneeled on her head while she was handcuffed. Laura was arrested along with dozens of other concerned New Zealanders.
Thousands of New Zealanders witnessed her individual statement that day – symbolically represented by her near naked, vulnerable body, against the State. She was one of hundreds who held the line and the image of her being dragged out and violently restrained by the Police inspired thousands of Kiwis around the country to join the protest.
But unlike the dozens of others who were arrested that day and have since had their charges dropped, the Police refuse to drop charges of wilful trespass against her. Laura was refused legal aid for her preferred lawyer by the government who instead demanded she take the public defender on offer. Yeah, nah.
Barrister Tudor Clee has agreed to take on her case. Tudor took the Labour Government to court over locking out Kiwi citizens from their own country and has challenged inhumane Covid regulations in the courts.
A Give a Little page has been created to help support Laura's access to justice. The money raised will go directly towards legal fees. There is not much time as Laura is to appear in the Wellington District Court next week.
