1). supercharged rewards have been voted out by community and will be removed at the next hard fork (timing TBD, but I'd suspect in the coming months). that will leave all block rewards fixed at 720 mina, which currently would calculate out to roughly a 9.5% rate that will naturally decay (as fixed rates over a total supply...............note to all you supply conspiracy theorists, I did not say circulating................that only increases based on the rewards issued means the rate will reduce itself slightly with each block). 2). there have been discussions that have been tagged in here on other possible changes to the inflation rate (i.e. adjustments to the block rewards) based on some metrics. I assume at some point, those discussions could turn into a MIP for the community at some point. 3). Cielo is FUDing when they/them say its uncontrolled. They misunderstand the difference between inflation and locked tokens unlocking as per predefined schedules.
