Sad and Very Disturbing.
New York teacher, Debra Rosenquist, at Terryville Road Elementary School in the Brookhaven-Comsewogue School District was accused of "manipulating" a 5th-grade girl into changing her gender without parents' knowledge or consent, causing "suicidal ideation,"
Rosenquist went as far as calling the little girl a male name and used pronouns to identify her, as well as read LGBTQ+ Books with graphic materials and details about transitioning, surgery, and hormones.
My Thoughts:
Penalties for doing this need to be severe so that twisted teachers think twice before teaching outside of what they’re supposed to. A minimum of 10 years. I’m not even against the death penalty. Not when it comes to children. This teacher was in a position of authority, power, & trust, and she abused it all and chose to manipulate a child’s gender, which will have lasting psychological effects & likely some of the children she’s taught will commit suicide.
