A new bill in New Mexico aims to lower the voting age to 16.

House Democrats in the state of New Mexico have introduced a new bill that would allow 16 and 17-year-olds to vote in city, county, and state-wide elections.

The new bill would amend Mexico’s previous state laws which require voters to be 18 years old to cast a ballot.

House Bill 217 will be reviewed by New Mexico’s House Government, Elections & Indian Affairs Committee on Saturday.

As used in the Election Code and rules promulgated by the secretary of state, “qualified elector”

means any resident of this state who is qualified to vote under the provisions of the constitution of New Mexico and the constitution of the United States and includes any qualified

It’s not just the state of New Mexico aiming to change the voting age to 16 years old.

As The Gateway Pundit reported earlier this year, House Joint Resolution 16 which was introduced by Democrat Rep. Grace Meng of New York and co-sponsored by Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, aims to lower the age to vote on a national level.

Back in December 2022, The Gateway Pundit reported that House Republicans had collected emails and text messages implicating Pelosi in the failed January 6 Capitol security operation.

Recall, it was President Donald Trump who recommended 10,000 National Guard troops at the US Capitol on Jan. 6. Pelosi turned him down.

It was never Trump’s fault. It was always Pelosi’s fault.

She was too lining up the film crews who were going to come to film her that day. She had that set up beforehand as if she knew something big was going to be taking place.

House Republicans gathered a trove of text and email messages showing House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s office was directly involved in the creation and editing of the Capitol security plan that failed during the Jan. 6, 2021 riot and that security officials later declared they had been “denied again and again” the resources needed to protect one of the nation’s most important homes of democracy.

The internal communications were made public Wednesday in a report compiled by Republican Reps. Rodney Davis, Jim Banks, Troy Nehls, Jim Jordan and Kelly Armstrong that encompasses the results of months of investigation they did of evidence that had been ignored by the Democrat-led Jan. 6 committee. The lawmakers were authorized by House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy to do their own probe.

The report concludes the Capitol was left vulnerable on Jan. 6 as a result of failures by the Democratic leadership in the House and law enforcement leaders in the Capitol Police who allowed concerns about the “optics” of having armed officers and National Guardsmen visible to the public to override the need for enhanced security.

“Leadership and law enforcement failures within the U.S. Capitol left the complex vulnerable on January 6, 2021. The Democrat-led investigation in the House of Representatives, however, has disregarded those institutional failings that exposed the Capitol to violence that day,” it concluded.

Nancy Pelosi may finally be held accountable for the catastrophic Capitol security failures on January 6, 2021.

According to a report from Conservative Brief, House Republicans led by Rep. Jim Jordan will force Nancy Pelosi to testify.

“The reason there wasn’t a proper security presence on that day goes right to the speaker’s staff and the speaker’s office. As you go back and look at the communications, there’s this pattern that develops where the Sergeant of Arms is meeting with Pelosi’s staff. In many of those meetings, Republican staff wasn’t allowed to be there, but they had this pattern where everything had to run through her office, her staff, before the Sergeant of Arms could make a decision,” Rep. Jordan said.

Rep. Troy Nehls (R-TX) also issued a statement, “And Nancy Pelosi. You do have questions you need to answer … Nancy, we’ll get you, and we’ll fly you back from Italy once you’re the ambassador,” referring to rumors that President Biden was considering offering Pelosi the position.

Special Counsel overseeing the investigations into Trump has subpoenaed former Vice President Mike Pence.

It is unclear what information Special Counsel Jack Smith is seeking from Mike Pence.

Former Vice President Mike Pence has been subpoenaed by the special counsel overseeing probes into former President Donald Trump, according to multiple sources familiar with the matter.

It’s not immediately clear what information the subpoena from special counsel Jack Smith is seeking, but it follows months of negotiations between federal prosecutors and Pence’s legal team.

Jack Smith, who just returned to the US from Europe after recovering from a biking accident, is moving full steam ahead with his probes into whether Trump committed crimes.

The special counsel investigation was supposed to focus on whether Trump broke the law when he took White House records to Mar-a-Lago and the other part of the probe is related to January 6.

However, Jack Smith has now expanded his investigation and is looking into Trump’s efforts to fight the massive 2020 election fraud operation in key swing states.

In December it was reported that Jack Smith subpoenaed Arizona, Michigan and Wisconsin officials for their communications with Trump in his effort to contest the 2020 election.

Jack Smith also issued subpoenas to secretaries of state in Michigan and Arizona as he expands his fishing expedition.

The subpoenas were issued to Soros-backed Jocelyn Benson and Katie Hobbs as part of Jack Smith’s investigation into Trump’s effort to contest the 2020 election.

​​Report: How The GOP Establishment Is Plotting To Stop Trump In 2024 – “2016 All Over Again”

The RINOs are scared of Donald Trump once again winning the GOP nomination.

A new report highlights their strategy.

Part of it: they are trying to get some candidates to bow out to increase the chances of one candidate winning.

“It,” in this case, is the possibility that once again Donald Trump will prevail over a splintered Republican field, getting the same 30-40 percent he received in the early primaries in 2016, enough to win the nomination. “He,” is a Republican donor and bundler, a Wall Street financier who regularly hobnobs with senior Republican officials but who also was, uniquely for his tribe, an early and enthusiastic supporter of Trump. His request for anonymity speaks to the bizarreness of this political moment, where even one time staunch supporters of the former president are reluctant to say out-loud what they and their cohort all say privately: That should the former president win the primary again, he would be very likely to lose again to Joe Biden, even as some polls show him besting his 2020 rival.

It is a comment echoed in interviews with dozens of Republican party members, donors, strategists and grassroots leaders, many of whom say it is the conversation they are all having privately among themselves too — how to make sure that Trump doesn’t once again take advantage of a split field and walk away with the Republican nomination, costing the party not just the presidency but a chance to retake the Senate and hold on to the House. Just this week, both the Koch Brothers-affiliated Americans For Prosperity and the anti-tax behemoth Club for Growth signaled that they were looking to rally around a Trump-alternative. And with the Iowa Caucus now just 11 months away, party insiders say that this question — how to stop Trump — is the one they need to find an answer to before too many contenders start piling into the race.

There may be no convening authority, but there are conversations among donors and party activists who point to how on the other side of the aisle, in 2020, nearly the entire remaining Democratic field dropped out almost at the same time and endorsed Biden. Here We Go: WHO Director General Dr. Tedros Says We “Must Prepare” for Potential H5N1 Human Bird Flu Pandemic (VIDEO)

As COVID-19 winds down, the World Health Organization (WHO) has issued another warning that countries should prepare for the possibility of another pandemic caused by H5N1.

This comes after cases of the virus strain jumping from birds to mammals were reported.

“Over the past few weeks, there have been several reports of mammals, including minks, otters, foxes, and sea lions, having been infected with H5N1 avian influenza,” said WHO’s Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus in a media briefing on global health issues Tuesday.

“H5N1 has spread widely in wild birds and poultry for 25 years, but the recent spillover to mammals needs to be monitored closely. For the moment, WHO assesses the risk to humans as low,” he added.

According to Tedros, they have only seen “rare and non-sustained transmission of H5N1 to and between humans” since H5N1 first emerged in 1996.

“But we cannot assume that will remain the case, and we must prepare for any change in the status quo. As always, people are advised not to touch or collect dead or sick wild animals, but to report them to the local authorities,” he continued.

The World Health Organization (WHO) is working with national authorities and partners to track the situation and investigate any human cases of H5N1 infection when they arise.

“WHO’s global laboratory network, the Global Influenza Surveillance and Response System, identifies and monitors strains of circulating influenza viruses, and provides advice to countries on their risk to human health and available treatment or control measures,” Tedros said.

WHO urged countries to “strengthen surveillance in settings where humans and farmed or wild animals interact.”

According to Tedros, WHO is maintaining dialogue with pharmaceutical companies to ensure that sufficient vaccine and antiviral supplies are on hand for widespread distribution should they be required.

According to CDC, highly pathogenic avian influenza HPAI A(H5N1) viruses have been detected in U.S. wild aquatic birds, commercial poultry and backyard or hobbyist flocks beginning in January 2022.

47 states, 380 counties, and 755 reported outbreaks. Daily Mail reported that US has faced major bird flu outbreak this year “with more than 58million poultry affected across nearly every state in the country and 6,100 in wild birds.”

But in 2022, according to CDC, the first case of an avian influenza A (H5N1) virus in a person in the U.S. was reported on April 28, 2022.

The agency wrote:

A person has tested positive for avian influenza A(H5) virus (H5 bird flu) in the U.S., as reported by Colorado and confirmed by CDC. This case occurred in a person who had direct exposure to poultry and was involved in the culling (depopulating) of poultry with presumptive H5N1 bird flu. The patient reported fatigue for a few days as their only symptom and has since recovered. The patient is being isolated and treated with the influenza antiviral drug oseltamivir. While it is possible the detection of H5 bird flu in this specimen is a result of surface contamination of the nasal membrane, that can’t be determined at this point and the positive test result meets the criteria for an H5 case. The appropriate public health response at this time is to assume this is an infection and take actions to contain and treat.

This case does not change the human risk assessment for the general public, which CDC considers to be low. However, people who have job-related or recreational exposures to infected birds are at higher risk of infection should take appropriate precautions outlined in CDC guidance.

Republicans have lost control of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives.

Democrats secured a one-vote majority in the chamber with sweeping victories in three special elections in Allegheny County on Tuesday, according to Spotlight Pennsylvania.

The wins grant Democrats their first majority in the Pennsylvania House in twelve years, according to Fox News.

The Tuesday contests ended a post-midterm period where the governing party in the chamber was uncertain.

Republicans lost 12 seats in the chamber in the midterms, shrinking a 113-89 majority to a near tiebreaker.

It initially appeared as if Democrats had already secured a majority in November, only for the death of one lawmaker and the resignations of two others to complicate the eventual outcome of the state house elections, according to The New York Times.

Democrats replaced legislators that resigned in the special elections.

​​Trump’s Former Lawyer Michael Cohen Meets with Manhattan Prosecutors Investigating Trump’s ‘Hush Payment’ to Stormy Daniels

The Manhattan District Attorney’s office has revived its criminal investigation into Trump’s ‘hush payments’ to porn star Stephanie Clifford, AKA, Stormy Daniels.

Trump has been accused of paying Daniels ‘hush payments’ in a scheme to silence her and stop the story about their alleged affair from being published in the National Enquirer.

Trump has denied the affair.

House Democrats previously launched the inquiry into the hush payments ahead of the 2020 election cycle as a way to bog down Trump and slow down his 2020 re-election campaign.

Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg’s predecessor previously rejected the Trump ‘hush payments’ case because it wouldn’t stand up in court.

Fast-forward a couple years and now the Manhattan DA has revived the Stormy Daniel hush payments probe to counter Trump’s 2024 White House bid.

According to the New York Times, the Manhattan DA began presenting evidence to a grand jury last Monday.

The former publisher of the National Enquirer was seen walking into the building in lower Manhattan where the grand jury was meeting last week.

Trump’s former lawyer Michael Cohen met with Manhattan prosecutors investigating the Stormy Daniels case on Monday.

Cohen previously claimed he was directly involved in helping Trump pay Stormy Daniels a $130,000 ‘hush payment.’

The New York Daily News reported:

Former Trump fixer Michael Cohen met with Manhattan prosecutors investigating his old boss for the 15th time Wednesday — as their probe into the ex-president continues.

“Their knowledge of this case is extraordinary,” Cohen said after leaving the lower Manhattan meeting. “They’re extremely well prepared.”

Trump’s former right-hand man declined to discuss specifics but said he suspects he’ll be meeting with Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s investigators again soon.

His lawyer, Lanny Davis, described the conversation as thorough.

“The impressive part today was the thoroughness and detailed approach of this team of prosecutors. Mr. Bragg has said that this is being treated seriously by his team, and today, based on the questioning of Mr. Cohen, proved it,” Davis told the Daily News.

Cohen said he worked on the plot to pay off Daniels with National Enquirer boss David Pecker “at the request” of Trump. He said the Enquirer’s parent company, American Media Inc., was involved in another payout to Playboy model Karen McDougal. The New York Times reported that Pecker testified before a grand jury began hearing evidence against the former president last week.

Cohen, in his federal case, said he withdrew $130,000 out of his home equity account, then transferred it to an LLC to wire it to Daniels. He told the House Oversight Committee in February 2019 that Trump and his namesake real estate business reimbursed him incrementally with interest.

At issue is whether Trump directed the hush money for politically motivated reasons, constituting a campaign donation, without classifying it as such, sources say.

Viewership for the speech was down 29% from last year’s SOTU address, making it one of the least watched state of the union speeches in the last 30 years.

TV Ratings: State of the Union Audience Drops

The on-air audience for the State of the Union address fell considerably from a year ago.

President Joe Biden’s second State of the Union averaged 24.17 million viewers across the four main broadcast networks (ABC, CBS, Fox and NBC) and three largest cable news channels (CNN, Fox News and MSNBC). That’s down by about 29 percent from 33.83 million who watched the State of the Union on those seven outlets in 2022.

The 2022 State of the Union, the first official one of Biden’s term, brought in 38.2 million viewers across 16 outlets. Final figures from every Nielsen-rated channel that carried Tuesday’s address will be available later in the day, but the total is likely to be under 30 million on-air viewers, which would make it among the least watched State of the Union addresses (or presidential addresses to Congress for incoming executives) of the past 30 years.

Fox News had the largest for the speech with just under 4.7 million viewers, beating out ABC’s 4.41 million for the top spot. NBC finished third with 3.78 million viewers, followed by CBS (3.64 million), MSNBC (3.57 million), CNN (2.41 million) and the Fox broadcast network (1.66 million). Spanish language broadcasters Univision (1.08 million) and Telemundo (836,000) added about 1.9 million viewers to the total.

House Speaker Kevin McCarthy has quietly appointed Rep. Matt Gaetz, R-Fla., who led the unsuccessful push to derail McCarthy’s bid for speaker, to the select committee investigating the so-called weaponization of the federal government.

There was no announcement of Gaetz’s appointment by either McCarthy, R-Calif., or Rep. Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, who chairs both the Judiciary Committee and the weaponization subcommittee.

Instead, McCarthy’s appointments to the special committee, including Gaetz, were read into the Congressional Record a week ago and only noticed by reporters on Tuesday.

Gaetz, who had been under FBI investigation of allegations of underage sex trafficking, was not part of the original slate of names McCarthy rolled out for the panel two weeks ago.

According to the select panel’s roster on its website, Gaetz replaced Rep. Chip Roy of Texas, one of the GOP holdouts who helped broker a deal with McCarthy in last month’s fight over the speaker’s gavel.

A member of the weaponization panel said Roy asked for the change because he will serve on three demanding committees — Judiciary, Budget and Rules — and has a young family at home. Panel members were told the special committee will sometimes meet late on fly-out day and require more time in Washington.

Biden’s Polls Are So Bad, Even CNN Is Talking About Them: “41% Of Americans Say They’re Worse Off”

A recent ABC News/Washington Post found that 41% of Americans say they are in a tougher financial situation since Biden took office – only 16% say they are better off.

While Trump was President only 13% said they were worse off.

Fox News reported:

A new poll shows a record number of Americans say they are worse off financially since President Biden took office, the most ever recorded by the poll in its 37 years of asking the question.

According to the ABC News/Washington Post poll, 41% of Americans say they are in a tougher financial situation since Biden’s inauguration in Jan. 2021, while just 16% say they are better off.

Those numbers stand in stark contrast to when the poll asked Americans the same question two years after the election of former President Trump, when just 13% said they were worse off and 25% said they were better off.

The polling is so bad even CNN can’t cover it up.

CNN’s John King did a segment on it saying, “this is in the Washington Post/ABC poll. That’s the highest number they’ve been polling for 37 years and 41 percent of Americans say they’re worse off since the President took office.”

​​FLASHBACK: President Trump Created Highly Successful Program Meant To Protect America From Chinese Espionage And Biden Shut It Down

The Biden regime has been feeding malicious lies for days to their media lapdogs claiming that President Trump let Chinese spy balloons fly over America while Biden acted decisively.

In reality, Biden not only dawdled and let a Chinese spy balloon fly completely over the continental US, he also ended a program created by Trump meant to counter Chinese spying.

Back in 2018, the Trump Administration started the China Initiative meant to counter Chinese economic espionage. The program proved highly successful as noted by the Heritage Foundation:

The China Initiative tallied several major convictions. Most recently, in December 2021, a jury convicted Harvard University chemistry professor Charles Lieber of making false statements and of tax offenses in connection with receiving a $50,000 per month salary, living expenses of $150,000, and more than $1.5 million for a research laboratory from the Wuhan University of Technology, including between $50,000 and $100,000 in $100 bills that he carried out of China in his luggage.

Between the fall of 2018 and the end of 2021, the DOJ brought dozens of other China Initiative cases. These include the November 2021 conviction of Xu Yanjun, an intelligence officer from China’s Ministry of State Security, on economic espionage charges for attempting to steal advanced composite fan blade technology from General Electric’s aviation division in Cincinnati.

They include the October 2020 charges against eight Chinese nationals engaged in the Ministry of Public Security’s “Fox Hunt” campaign, which attempts to force Chinese dissidents in the United States to return to China.

This did not matter to the Biden regime. As The Gateway Pundit reported back in February 2022 the Regime ended the China Initiative ostensibly because of anti-Asian bias.

“We helped give rise to a harmful perception that the department applies a lower standard to investigate and prosecute criminal conduct related to that country or that we in some way view people with racial, ethnic, or family ties to China differently,” Biden’s Assistant Attorney General in charge of the National Security Division, Matt Olsen said.

Of course, China was framing this exact message.

A former Justice Department official lamented that the U.S. “stopped fighting for the China initiative on Jan 20, 2021,” the day President Biden took office.

The former official told Fox News that China was successful in framing the issue as one of racial bias, and that the U.S. stopped trying to counter this.

“We gave up. You know the champagne corks will be popping at CCP offices. They won the disinformation campaign,” the former official said.

But because Biden has profited handsomely from his son Hunter’s business dealings with China, something more nefarious is likely at play. Donald Trump Jr. addressed the actual reason this morning as to why Biden would shut down a program so successful at combatting Chinese espionage.

​​PAYBACK: GOP Leaders Freeze Out US Chamber Of Commerce After They Supported Dem Candidates

The Chamber of Commerce endorsed Democrats in the 2020 and 2022 election cycles.

After January 6th, they said they would not support lawmakers who called out 2020 election voter fraud.

CNBC reported:

McCarthy’s ire against the Chamber started after the group endorsed 23 House Democrats in the 2020 election cycle when Republicans failed to regain the majority. The Chamber reportedly endorsed 23 House Republican candidates and four Democrats during the 2022 election fight.

McCarthy told Breitbart News last year before the recent November elections that “the Chamber left the party a long time ago” and criticized the organization for endorsing Democrats. ” I just assume they have as much influence in the future as they do now — none,” McCarthy said at the time.

Axios reported that McCarthy has privately discussed with Chamber of Commerce board members and state leaders the idea of replacing current president and CEO Suzanne Clark. The Chamber’s CEO was recently approved for a new five-year term, according to a memo sent to the board of directors by Mark Ordan, the chair of the board. The memo was sent to members of the board on Monday.

Donald Trump threatened to leave the organization in 2019 after they went after him for proposing tariffs on Mexican goods.

House GOP leaders just dealt a massive blow to them.

Speaker of the House Kevin McCarthy and House Majority Leader Steve Scalise are refusing to meet with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.

McCarthy’s chief spokesman said, “the priorities of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce have not aligned with the priorities of House Republicans or the interests of their own members, and they should not expect a meeting with Speaker McCarthy as long as that’s the case.”

Speaker of the House Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) and House Majority Leader Steve Scalise (R-LA) both have refused to meet with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce due to the organization’s endorsement of Democrats.

In a statement to CNBC on Monday, Mark Bednar, a chief spokesman for McCarthy, said the priorities of the organization no longer align with the Republican Party.

“The priorities of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce have not aligned with the priorities of House Republicans or the interests of their own members, and they should not expect a meeting with Speaker McCarthy as long as that’s the case,” Bednar said.

“Washington has radically shifted away from the pro-business philosophy of most local Chambers across America,” Fine said. “Unless the Chamber gets back to their traditional pro-business roots, they should not expect to have any engagement with Majority Leader Scalise’s office.”

Some Democratic Party officials have lost faith in Vice President Kamala Harris and believe she is in a lose-lose situation for the 2024 presidential election, according to The New York Times.

Harris’ critics claim that whether President Joe Biden decides to run again in 2024 or not, it’s a risk for a Democratic presidency. If Biden runs, opponents believe her name on the ballot could cost them the election, and if he doesn’t run, they don’t believe she is not a strong enough candidate to win on her own, the NYT reported, citing anonymous Democrats from the White House, Capitol Hill and across the country.

“That will be in my opinion one of the most hard-hitting arguments against Biden,” John Morgan, a Democratic Party donor, told the NYT.

Now that Biden has insinuated that he intends to run again, the NYT reported many Democrats worry that Harris’ name on the ticket as his running mate will deter voters. Their worries came after a FiveThirtyEight poll showed Harris’ approval rating at 39%.

“I can’t think of one thing she’s done except stay out of the way and stand beside him at certain ceremonies,” Morgan told the NYT.

Harris was an awful choice for VP and even Democrats know it.

Former Lieutenant Colonel Tony Schaffer discussed the handling of the China spy balloon and his reactions to it.

Tony Shaffer is a former U.S. Army Reserve Lieutenant Colonel who became known for his claims about mishandled intelligence before the September 11 attacks, and for the censoring of his ghost-written book Operation Dark Heart. Shaffer is now the President of the London Center for Policy Research.

Yesterday, Shaffer joined the Joe Hoft Show on TNTRadio. live to discuss the recent China spy balloon and Biden’s reaction to it.

Shaffer had a lot to share but here are some key points. Joe Hoft discussed why American companies get their butts handed to them when they deal with China because Americans believe that the Chinese are just like Americans. But the Chinese have a different culture that comes from a different history and rather than allowing less checks and balances, Americans need to demand more.

At the 29:00 minute mark Shaffer joined the discussion. Shaffer shared the following:

The Chinese are not a competitor they’re a nation with a long history of working to dominate their neighbors. This goes back literally thousands of years…The Chinese believe our law is older than yours so we have the right to do what we want over what you want.

The Chinese are very much like the Nazis in owning industry.

The Chinese believe they are the superior race in the world fascism.

Shaffer believes the spy balloon was a provocation. They could have gotten the information they needed “from satellites and other strategic reconnaissance assets, so it wasn’t that”.

This was a provocation. This was more about trying to see how would we react, how long it would take… It’s very clear this was the greatest and most direct provocation we’ve seen in a long time…I think it was meant to belittle and make fun of the US response…They’re trying to again to make fun of Joe Biden.

This was more of a provocation and a thumb at Joe Biden making him look like the fool that he is.

Shaffer says of course the balloon should have been shut down. We should have sent it back in pieces and said “Don’t do that again.”

When asked about the report yesterday afternoon that General Mattis said these balloons flew over the US under President Trump as well, Shaffer shared:

I don’t know if I believe it. Because the people that I was advising to include people around Mattis never said anything about this and I was actually advising on threat issues…I think the general is lying.

It turns out that last night Mattis came out and said that he never said this. The story was another lie from the corrupt media.

President Joe Biden will host Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva for meetings on Feb. 10, the White House announced, a month after the storming of government buildings in the Brazilian capital by far-right protesters.

Press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said the leaders would discuss U.S. “support of Brazil’s democracy and how the two countries can continue to work together to promote inclusion and democratic values in the region and around the world.” They are also set to discuss climate change, migration, economic development and security matters.

Lulu replaced President Jair Bolsonaro, who left Brazil for Florida on Dec. 30, two days before Lula’s inauguration. The ceremony proceeded without incident, but a week later thousands of Bolsonaro’s die-hard supporters stormed the capital and trashed the main government buildings, demanding that the leftish president’s election be overturned.

The action was sharply condemned by Biden, who pledged U.S. assistance. It had echoes of the Jan. 6, 2021, attack on the U.S. Capitol by supporters of former President Donald Trump after he lost his reelection bid.

Bolsonaro is being investigated for whether he had any role in inciting that uprising.

The Biden administration and congressional Democrats called the southern border wall costly and ineffective, as well as a sign of xenophobia, and have strongly opposed construction of a barrier to control the influx of illegal migrants pouring into the U.S. from countries like Mexico, Honduras and Guatemala.

Biden is expected to give his second State of the Union address at the Capitol on the House floor, where most members of Congress in the House and Senate will attend in-person. Despite objections by Democrats to a barrier on the southern border, a large fence started being constructed Sunday around the Capitol complex.

Republicans say Biden must address the number of crises that developed over the past year, including the migrant crisis at the southern border.

Democrats are fine with the southern border being wide open, but they’ll fence of parts of Washington without even thinking about it.

​​BREAKING: John Paul Mac Isaac Says Hunter Biden Broke the Law – Requests Probe After Hunter Claimed Last Week that His Laptop Was “Stolen” – Letters Included

The New York Post reported on this action today by John Paul Mac Isaac, the Delaware computer store repairman, whose life changed late one Friday in 2019 when Hunter stumbled into his store drunk and high and dropped off his laptop computers.

Now John Paul Mac Isaac’s are threatening legal action against Hunter Biden for “knowingly using false information” to smear Mac Isaac to report an alleged crime.

Hunter Biden and his attorneys may have broken the law by using false information last week to report that his laptop had been “stolen”, claim lawyers for John Paul Mac Isaac — the beleaguered former owner of the computer repair shop where the first son abandoned his infamous MacBook.

In letters sent Monday to Attorney General Merrick Garland and his Delaware counterpart Kathy Jennings, Mac Isaac’s lawyers allege that Hunter attorney Abbe Lowell potentially violated federal and state laws by “knowingly using false information to report an alleged crime and allowing that information to be disseminated to the media” when he alleged that Mac Isaac had “unlawfully accessed” and disseminated the contents of Hunter’s laptop.

Mac Isaac’s attorney, Brian Della Rocca, took particular issue with Lowell’s claim that the shop owner unlawfully accessed and copied Hunter Biden’s laptop data without his consent.

“John Paul received Hunter Biden’s consent to access his laptop when Hunter Biden signed off on the work authorization while at The Mac Shop on April 12, 2019 …,” Della Rocca wrote. “Pursuant to the work order, signed by Hunter, when he failed to retrieve his laptop and the hard drive to which the data was recovered more than 90 days later, it became abandoned property so John Paul could dispose of it as he saw fit. John Paul determined the best disposal of the laptop and hard drive would be to turn them over to the authorities.”

Last week Hunter Biden’s attorneys wrote letters to Joe Biden’s corrupt DOJ, the corrupt Soros-backed AG in Delaware who is a Biden family friend, and Joe Biden’s IRS. In these letters, Hunter’s attorneys requested that these entities look into seven individuals who were related to John Paul Mac Isaac’s efforts to get the truth out about the laptop.

We reported shortly after this announcement last week that Hunter’s attorneys left something out when they drafted and issued their letters.

They forgot to mention that the laptop in question became John Paul Mac Isaac’s after he refused to pick it up at John Paul Mac Isaac’s store.

Because the laptop and its contents were Mac Isaac’s when the information was shared with Rudy Giuliani and others, it was no longer Hunter’s.

John Paul Mac Isaac tried reaching Hunter numerous times to come to pick up the laptop and its contents. Mac Isaac has said he wanted the laptop out of his shop. But Hunter never came and thereby forfeited the laptop.

The one mess up in Hunter’s requests last week was that Hunter’s attorneys claimed the laptop was Hunter’s laptop. The next day they came out and said that they weren’t claiming that the laptop was Hunter’s.

After Hunter invested in Metabiota, the firm obtained millions in funding from the DOD. The individual who likely approved the funding at that time was none other than Dr. Evelyn Farkas. In 2012, Farkas was appointed by President Obama to serve as Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Russia, Ukraine, and Eurasia. In her role, it was very likely that Farcas was the one to approve such a transaction in the millions to a US company in Ukraine.

Dr. Farkas is the same individual who slipped up and said in a TV interview that Obama’s team was spying on candidate and President Trump.

We also identified Dr. Farcas in a Burisma outfit in Ukraine. She was in uniform with an Atlantic Council member by the name of John Herbst.

Farcas oversaw the Department of Defense’s Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Ukraine. She was pictured in a Burisma outfit, the firm that Hunter was a Board member on. She was in her role when Metabiota won $23 million in awards that included a Biolab project in Ukraine.

She also was the first to slip that Obama was spying on candidate and President Trump.

There are no coincidences.

Despite President Trump Pulling Ahead in New Poll, Former NJ Governor Chris Christie, NH Governor Sununu and Billionaire Charles Koch Attack Him

President Trump pulled further ahead of Joe Biden in another poll this weekend. Despite this, Trump haters came out to attack the former President.

President Trump gained on Joe Biden in another poll that was actually taken before Biden’s seditious acts with the China spy balloon this weekend.

The survey, from the Washington Post and ABC News, represents a five-point swing Trump’s way from the pollster’s last such survey nationally back in September, which had Biden leading Trump 48 percent to 46 percent.

Nasty New Hampshire Governor Chris Sununu also went after President Trump. Newsweek reported a fantasy piece where Sununu suggests that he is thinking of running for President and that he decided not to run in 2020 – as if he would have received a single vote.

Sununu said on Sunday that Donald Trump cannot beat Joe Biden in 2024, despite seeming headwinds against the incumbent president.

Unlike other Republican state leaders in the traditionally blue-skewing Northeast, Sununu was open in his support for Trump throughout his rise to the presidency, notably opting not to launch a primary challenge against him in 2020.

The Koch Network announced that they are going to use their money to try and sideline President Trump. HotAir reports:

As a 3-page memo released on Sunday explains, the Koch network’s flagship group, Americans for Prosperity (AFP), is in a position to make a difference in the primary process as few others can.

TGP questions if any Koch money was spent to sideline any attempts to overcome the stolen election after it occurred in 2020. So it’s not surprising that AFP would be willing to spend more against President Trump again.

At least six BBC buildings across the UK were covered with placards and photos of people who died from the COVID vaccine.

The rally called the “media is the virus” was held on Saturday, January 7th, and it was organized by three different groups: The People’s Resistance, Freedom Fighters, and The North Unites.

The groups posted stickers on BBC’s windows with photos of the people who died from the vaccine.

Injuries from the COVID-19 Vaccine Are Now Being Publicly Displayed in Canada Using Trucks Driving Down the Street – Join the Campaign!

Since the launch of the COVID-19 vaccine in Canada, the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) reported that 52,203 adverse events had been documented in its system.

The Liberal government led by Justin Trudeau paid up almost $2.8 million in compensation for injuries incurred as a result of the experimental Covid-19 jabs.

There were a total of 1,299 claims that were submitted to the Vaccine Injury Support Program (VISP) between June 2021 and December 1, 2022.

So far, Health Canada has approved 50 claims of serious and permanent injuries caused by vaccines.

While 209 were deemed ineligible because they lacked the required information or did not match the eligibility criteria.

The VISP reported that, of the remaining claims, 221 claims had been fully examined by the program’s medical review board, 48 claims are awaiting medical review board examination, and 662 claims are in the process of gathering medical records.

“These claims represent cases where it has been determined by the Medical Review Board that there is a probable link between the injury and the vaccine, and that the injury is serious and permanent,” according to the program.

​​Secret Communist Chinese Police Station in New York Now Closed Following FBI Raid

A secret Chinese Police Station run by the Communist Chinese regime in New York has been closed following the raid by the US Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).

America ChangLe Association, which operated in Manhattan, New York was raided by the FBI last fall. The organization’s leader, Lu Jianshun, aka Jimmy Lu, was questioned about a suspected office on the third floor, News 18 reported.

It was reported in the Daily Mail that a Chinese outpost was located on the third floor of the building that also held an engineering firm, an acupuncturist, and an accounting firm.

The third floor was a secret Chinese police station staffed by “illegal cops” who monitored Chinese people who went against the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) in the US.

In an email to Epoch Times, the FBI has confirmed that the covert police station has been closed.

“The FBI has confirmed that the ‘overseas police station’ in New York linked to Fuzhou has closed,” a State Department spokesperson said in an email.

“We continue to be concerned about PRC People’s Republic of China transnational repression efforts around the world and are also coordinating with allies and partners on this issue.”

Several news outlets have reported that there are currently one hundred similar overseas police stations in countries like Japan, Italy, France, Britain, Germany, Hungary, and the Czech Republic.

“We are aware of reports regarding alleged PRC ‘overseas police stations,’” the agency said.

“We take this issue very seriously. Establishing so-called overseas police stations without the invitation or approval of the country in which they are operating raises serious issues of respect for the sovereignty of that country.”

Chinese authorities maintain that the facilities, which operate in 53 nations, assist Chinese immigrants in foreign nations with tasks that would normally be handled by a consulate, such as renewing driver’s licenses and visas.

However, the stations have been linked to the CCP’s United Front Work Department, an agency that works to advance the regime’s interests abroad by spreading propaganda, conducting foreign influence operations, suppressing dissident movements, gathering intelligence, and facilitating the transfer of technology to communist China.

As such, many nations have voiced concern that the facilities are a threat to national security and a violation of sovereignty.

Irish, Canadian, and Dutch officials have called for China to shut down similar police operations in their countries. Likewise, FBI Director Christopher Wray has characterized them as a violation of U.S. sovereignty.

The Gateway Pundit reported last year that US citizen and four Chinese intel officers were charged with acting as Chinese secret police to harass, stalk, and spy on US residents critical to China.

“According to court documents, Wang Shujun, 73, of Queens, New York; Feng He, aka Boss He, of Guangdong; Jie Ji, of Qingdao; Ming Li, aka Elder Tang and Little Li, of Guangdong; and Keqing Lu aka Boss Lu, of Qingdao, allegedly participated in an espionage and transnational repression scheme in the United States and abroad,” the DOJ announced.

Shujun Wang was also arrested in March 2022 and charged with acting as an agent of the PRC government, criminal use of means of identification and making materially false statements in connection with his participation in a transnational repression scheme orchestrated by the MSS.

“She probably found that Congress was not what she signed up for,” one retired House staffer told Newsmax, adding the long hours and weekly commute to one’s home district is increasingly stressful for modern House members.

Here We Go: Researchers Warn of Dangerous Fungal Illness Rapidly Spreading Across Country ‘Due to Climate Change’ (VIDEO)

Medical professionals are warning the public about a dangerous fungal infection that is rapidly spreading across the country, particularly in the states of California and Arizona.

There has been an increase in reported cases of rare Valley fever, and climate change may be to blame, according to doctors.

Valley fever (also called coccidioidomycosis or “cocci”) is a disease caused by a fungus that grows in the soil and dirt in some areas of California and the southwestern United States, according to the California Department of Public Health (CDPH).

“People and animals can get sick when they breathe in dust that contains the Valley fever fungus. This fungus usually infects the lungs and can cause respiratory symptoms including cough, fever, chest pain, and tiredness,” the agency added.

“This is a fungus,” said Perkins, a former Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) official. “Most causes of pneumonia are caused by bacteria. This is a fungus that lives in the soil and is breathed in dusty situations, whether it’s a dust storm or around construction or excavation.”

A total of 20,003 cases of Valley fever were reported in 2019, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. People from Arizona and California accounted for the vast majority of these cases. Valley fever is more common in those over the age of 60.

According to doctors, the symptoms of Valley fever are often similar to those of COVID-19.

“Some people may have a fever, chills or fatigue, or just feel generally unwell,” Thompson of UC Davis Health said.

Symptoms of Valley fever include:

Fatigue (tiredness)

Cough

Fever

Shortness of breath

Headache

Night sweats

Muscle aches or joint pain

Rash on upper body or legs

Is a nationwide spread possible?

In 2019, a study by Morgan Gorris — which was published in GeoHealth, a journal focused on environmental and health sciences research — suggested that climate change could trigger an expansion of Valley fever into northwestern states, including Idaho, Wyoming, Montana, Nebraska, South Dakota and North Dakota.

“At first, I was skeptical,” said Dr. Thompson of California. “But I’ve recently heard about new cases emerging in Nebraska and even Missouri, so I think it’s in the realm of possibility.”

Valley fever cases are expected to arrive in northern Utah and eastern Colorado by 2035, according to the study. Gorris, the study’s author, also predicts that the disease will become endemic in Nebraska, southeastern Montana, southern Idaho and South Dakota by 2065, and that it could arrive in northern Montana and North Dakota by 2095.

Purdie, for his part, believes that Valley fever could become more widespread amid changing climate patterns and population growth.

“Valley fever likes undisturbed soil — so as people continue to populate more arid, dry and less developed areas, there will likely be more interaction with it,” he said.

Doctors and patients await a vaccine

While there is not yet a vaccine for Valley fever, Dr. Thompson is optimistic about progress toward that goal. He pointed to three vaccines currently in development, including one that has been successfully tested with dogs.

DNC Approves Biden’s Request to Remove Iowa as First Voting State – Replace it with South Carolina… Iowa is Too White

In December the Democrats voted to remove Iowa as its first voting state and will replace it with South Carolina.

Apparently Iowa is too white.

On Saturday the Democrat National Committee officially approved Biden’s request to move the first voting state to South Carolina.

The Democratic National Committee on Saturday approved President Joe Biden’s shakeup of the party’s 2024 primary calendar, giving Black voters a greater say in the nominating process and carving an easier path for Biden’s expected re-election bid.

The party’s vote on Saturday replaces the famed Iowa caucuses as the first in the nation with South Carolina, a state with significantly more Black voters and one that saved Biden’s 2020 presidential campaign. It would be followed by New Hampshire and Nevada one week later, and then by primaries in Georgia and Michigan.

The promotion of South Carolina and Georgia reflects a demographic balancing decades in the making for the Democratic Party at the expense of two largely white states that rejected Biden in 2020. It also underscores the growing power of the racially diverse coalition that helped bring Biden to power.

The move faced opposition from leaders in Iowa and New Hampshire, who are being pushed down the nominating calendar and vowed to defy the new schedule and hold elections on their own schedule. Any change to those calendars would require support from Republicans who control government and oppose the move.

Joe Biden pushed for the Democrats to move its first voting state to South Carolina because that is where he made his ‘come back’ in 2020.

Recall, the Democrats were up to their old tricks during the Iowa caucuses in 2020.

The Iowa caucuses were marred by glitches, technical difficulties and shady coin tosses.

​​Newly Republican State Supreme Court To Rehear Voter ID, Redistricting Cases – Could Result In 4 New GOP Congressmen

The Democrats’ election agenda just hit a roadblock in North Carolina.

The North Carolina Supreme Court voted 5-2 to rehear redistricting and voter ID cases that the previously Democrat-dominated court decided.

This comes after Republicans got a majority on the North Carolina Supreme Court in January.

The rehearing might allow for the voter ID mandate to be reinstated as well as Republican-drawn maps that were shut down by the prior ruling.

ABC News reported:

The new Republican majority on North Carolina’s Supreme Court agreed on Friday to rehear redistricting and voter identification cases less than two months after the court’s previous edition, led by Democrats, issued major opinions going against GOP legislators who had been sued.

The extraordinary decisions, granted in orders backed by five justices with the Republican voter registrations on the seven-member court, mean the issues will return to the court for oral arguments in mid-March. With hopes of getting new legal results, lawmakers led by House Speaker Tim Moore and Senate leader Phil Berger asked two weeks ago that the justices rehear the litigation.

The GOP lawmakers’ attorneys contend the previous 4-3 Democratic majority got it wrong in December when they struck down a state Senate map the legislature drew and upheld congressional boundaries drawn by trial judges but opposed by Republicans. They said those same Democrats erred when upholding the invalidation of a 2018 law requiring photo identification to vote when they applied the wrong legal standard.

The rehearings ultimately could lead to new opinions that reinstate the photo ID mandate and strike down precedent from the Supreme Court in February 2022 declaring the state constitution outlawed extensive partisan gerrymandering. That landmark redistricting ruling prevented maps drawn by Republican legislators that were expected to secure long-term Republican advantages in the General Assembly and within the state’s congressional delegation.

California Will No Longer Enforce the COVID-19 Vaccine Mandate for K-12 Schools

Good news!

The California Department of Public Health has announced that the state will no longer seek to get all K–12 students vaccinated against COVID-19 to attend school.

It can be recalled, the state of California will require all students to get the COVID-19 vaccine before they are allowed to enroll in public schools, according to an executive order signed by Democratic Governor Gavin Newsom in 2021.

Fresh off of a rigged recall election, Newsom has gone into overdrive.

“There’s still a struggle to get to where we need to be,” Newsom said. “And that means we need to do more, and we need to do better.”

“This is just another vaccine,” Newsom said. The Covid vaccine will join “a well-established list that currently includes 10 vaccines and well-established rules and regulations that have been advanced by the Legislature for decades.”

A delay in enforcing this mandate was announced by state officials last year, giving people until at least the summer of 2023 to comply.

On Friday, public health officials announced that they would no longer be pursuing this strategy as the state nears the end of its COVID emergency on February 28.

However, the department still recommends the vaccination of students and staff.

“CDPH is not currently exploring emergency rulemaking to add COVID-19 to the list of required school vaccinations, but we continue to strongly recommend COVID-19 immunization for students and staff to keep everyone safer in the classroom,” the department said in a statement. “Any changes to required K-12 immunizations are properly addressed through the legislative process.”

Joe Biden Takes Another Vacation While a Chinese Spy Balloon Floats Across America

Watching the China balloon cross across the US is like watching another s..tty Hollywood movie, which serves as a constant reminder of the utter incompetence and weakness of the Biden regime.

It can be recalled that Pentagon, along with the White House, opted not to shoot down the balloon floating over the state of Montana for over two days, as debris from the floating device could possibly injure a civilian.

Pentagon spokesman Air Force Brig. Gen. Patrick Ryder told reporters at a briefing Friday that the China spy balloon flying over the United States is a “maneuverable craft” but refused to say whether China is controlling the balloon’s movements or how the balloon is moving.

However, the communist Chinese government claimed that the unmanned airship straying into the U.S. airspace “was entirely an accident caused by force majeure,” which “deviated from its scheduled route due to its own limited control capability.”

Ryder also said the balloon was moving eastward over the center of the continental United States, confirming TGP’s report, but refused to say specifically where the balloon is, arrogantly telling concerned Americans they can go look up in the sky for the balloon.

While the entire country worried over the Chinese spy balloon floating over the United States, Joe Biden will take on vacation once again on Saturday.

“On Saturday, the President will travel to Camp David where he will remain over the weekend. The departure en route Camp David will be covered by the out-of-town pool,” according to the press release.

“On Sunday, the President has no public events scheduled,” it continued.

In recent years China has been able to purchase large sections of land in the US. Two GOP Representatives are pushing a bill to prevent China from purchasing land in the US.

TGP reported that China has been purchasing land across the country and no one is stopping them.

Instead of holding China accountable for the COVID nightmare, the US is allowing China to purchase land and often times it’s in very sensitive areas.

Two Republican members of Congress introduced a bill Thursday that would prohibit nonresident aliens, companies and other entities associated with the Chinese government from buying agricultural land in the U.S.

Washington Reps. Cathy McMorris Rodgers and Dan Newhouse’s Prohibition of Agricultural Land for the People’s Republic of China Act would also ban those interests’ participation in U.S. Agriculture Department (USDA) programs beyond food safety inspections, according to her press release. Chinese foreign investors held more than 191,000 acres of U.S. agricultural and non-agricultural land in 2019, the USDA indicated.

Grand Forks, North Dakota, Mayor Brandon Bochenski announced an effort Tuesday to stop China’s Fufeng Group from building a corn mill on 370 acres purchased in his city not far from Grand Forks Air Force Base, according to The Wall Street Journal. Bochenski and other local leaders had celebrated the project when the Fufeng Group’s decision to build in Grand Forks was publicized in 2021, but Air Force Assistant Secretary Andrew Hunter said Jan. 27 the Defense Department believed it presented “a significant threat to national security,” the WSJ reported.

A short video imagined a workplace of the future, in which an employee worries about her employer detecting “amorous feelings” for a coworker by reading her brain-wave data, but is pleasantly surprised when she gets a performance bonus for good “brain metrics” showing her productivity.

In the next scene, the government subpoenas employees’ brainwave data to find co-conspirators in a wire fraud scheme in the office.

“You discover they are looking for synchronized brain activity between your coworker and the people he has been working with. While you know you’re innocent of any crime, you’ve been secretly working with him on a new start-up venture. Shaking, you remove your earbuds.”

The presenter said the purpose of showcasing this dystopian mind-reading future was to highlight the “positive use cases” of brain monitoring technology because “what I don’t want the reaction to be is, let’s ban this.”

Think for a moment what big tech executives would do, for example, if they discovered Trump supporters working for them via this technology. Is there any question that these workers lives would be ruined the next day?

Internal Biden admin memo shows it was serious about banning gas stoves before public uproar

The Biden administration seriously considered banning natural gas-powered stoves before it received widespread criticism for considering such a move, according to an internal memo obtained by Fox News Digital.

In the memo dated Oct. 25, 2022, Richard Trumka Jr. — whom President Biden appointed to serve on the five-person Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) — wrote to a fellow commissioner that there was sufficient evidence for the agency to move forward with a notice of proposed rulemaking (NPR) to ban gas stoves in the near future. Trumka’s memo was titled, “NPR Proposing Ban on Gas Stoves (Indoor Air Quality).”

“The need for gas stove regulation has reached a boiling point,” the CPSC commissioner wrote in the October memo. “CPSC has the responsibility to ban consumer products that emit hazardous substances, particularly, when those emissions harm children, under the Federal Hazardous Substances Act.”

“Emerging evidence is sufficient to conclude that gas stoves in homes emit toxic gasses that cause illness and that lower-cost, safer alternatives are available,” Trumka added.

In other words, you are crazy for reacting to this thing the Democrats are actively trying to do.

Kevin Bass, an MD/PhD student at a medical school in Texas, wrote a surprisingly direct opinion piece at regarding the scientific community’s mistakes on the COVID reaction by the medical community and admits the posturing cost lives. More shocking, Newsweek published it.

Bass says, “As a medical student and researcher, I staunchly supported the efforts of the public health authorities when it came to COVID-19. I believed that the authorities responded to the largest public health crisis of our lives with compassion, diligence, and scientific expertise. I was with them when they called for lockdowns, vaccines, and boosters.”

“I was wrong. We in the scientific community were wrong. And it cost lives.”

What we did not properly appreciate is that preferences determine how scientific expertise is used, and that our preferences might be—indeed, our preferences were—very different from many of the people that we serve. ​​Hunter Biden Sent Letter to Delaware AG Who Has a Long History with the Biden Crime Family

Hunter Biden’s attorney sent letters to three entities on Wednesday night to encourage them to investigate individuals who were sharing information from this laptop. Two of these entities report to his father Joe Biden as part of the Executive Branch. The third entity was the Delaware Attorney General, a friend of the Biden crime family.

TGP reported on the story as soon as the news broke that Hunter Biden’s attorney sent letters to three individuals and entities to request that they investigate those who were sharing information from his laptop.

Of course, Hunter would like the US government and taxpayers to cover the costs of investigating the individuals who shared the corrupt and criminal acts of the Biden crime family that were found on his laptop.

This is why Hunter asked his father’s DOJ and IRS. This is a terrible precedent that the Biden’s are requesting – to have the government attack and harass with lawfare the individuals who shared the many crimes the Biden crime family is committing.

The Biden crime family is a very dark and sinister gang.

Hunter also requested that the Delaware AG look into these guys. Again, Hunter doesn’t want to pay the bill and he wants to punish those who share the truth about his corrupt family.

It turns out that Delaware’s AG is a friend of the Bidens as well as individuals who work for her. This isn’t surprising. Hunter’s brother was the Delaware AG at one time.

The Washington Free Beacon reported on the connections between the Delaware AG and the Biden crime family.

In a letter Wednesday, Biden attorney Abbe Lowell urged Delaware attorney general Kathy Jennings to investigate John Paul Mac Isaac, the owner of a Delaware computer repair shop who turned Biden’s laptop over to the FBI in 2019. Lowell claims Isaac’s handling of the laptop “resulted in the exposure, exploitation, and manipulation of Mr. Biden’s private and personal information.” He said it warrants “a full investigation” and “may merit prosecution.”

“It is not a common thing for a private person and his counsel to seek someone else being investigated, but the actions and motives here require it,” Lowell wrote to Jennings.

Biden’s aggressive new legal strategy could pose conflict of interest issues should the attorney general take up the probe. Jennings had served under the president’s late son, Beau Biden, when he was Delaware attorney general. She touted an endorsement from President Joe Biden during her 2018 campaign.

“I’ve known Joe, Jill, and the Biden family for most of my life. Joe is one of the kindest and most genuine people I’ve ever known,” Jennings wrote in an April 2019 Facebook post, which also included a picture of her sandwiched between Joe and Jill Biden.

One of Jennings’s top deputies, Alexander Mackler, is even closer to the Biden family. He served as deputy counsel to then-Vice President Biden until 2016. He is also on close personal terms with Hunter Biden, exchanging hundreds of emails with the first son and his business associates over the years, according to Hunter’s laptop.

“Love you brother,” he wrote to Hunter Biden in Oct. 2018.

Both Jennings and Mackler have maintained their connections to the president. Jennings visited the White House on Nov. 8, 2021, according to White House visitor logs. Mackler has visited four times, meeting with top Biden adviser Steve Ricchetti on March 28, 2022. He visited Biden in the White House residence on April 11, 2022, visitor logs show.

Brazilian Senator Proposes Legislation that Criminalizes Those Who Refuse to Take the “Mandatory” COVID-19 Shot

Six bills are currently being introduced in the Brazilian senate that would criminalize those who refuse the mandated dose of COVID shots or who comment negatively about the vaccine’s efficacy and safety, the Rio Times reported.

Senator Angelo Coronel of the Social Democratic Party of Brazil authored a bill (PL 5555/2020), which proposes adding a one- to three-year prison sentence to the Criminal Code for those “who omit or oppose the mandatory vaccination of children or adolescents” during a declared “public health emergency.”

Those who choose not to comply with the country’s forced vaccination schedule will face a prison sentence of two to eight years.

Anyone spreading “fake news” regarding the safety and efficacy of the COVID vaccines will face the same prison time.

If the person works for the government, the penalty will be doubled.

The Rio Times reported:

The PL had its procedures updated in December 2022. At the time, it went through the Legislative Secretariat of the Federal Senate and had its continuity confirmed.

The proposal was discussed again on social networks this month when the Senate website conducted a poll about the bill.

The proposal was rejected by 92% of the people who answered the questions.

In April 2021, the senator requested that his proposal be dealt with as PL 25/2021 by congressman Fernando Rodolfo.

Rodolfo’s proposal criminalizes cutting in line during vaccination with a penalty of two to five years and a fine.

In addition, the deputy frames the detour of medical supplies as a crime, with five to 15 years in prison. The offense is aggravated if committed by a public employee.

Angelo Coronel’s request was granted, and both proposals are being processed together.

In May of last year, four other bills were joined to the proceedings: 13, 15, 505, and 1140, all from 2021.

The first two also want to criminalize queuing up for vaccination.

The last two, on the other hand, criminalize the application of a false dose of vaccine or the simulation of its application.

1140 was proposed by Senator Ciro Nogueira (PP), former Minister of the Civil House.

The Ministry of Health announced that it had scheduled the distribution of Pfizer’s Covid-19 vaccination for children across Brazil in February, with a total of 700,000 doses.

Man Accused of Throwing Molotov Cocktail at New Jersey Synagogue

On Tuesday, a man tossed a Molotov cocktail into the Temple Ner Tamid synagogue in Bloomfield, New Jersey. The synagogue includes a pre-school and K-12 religious school.

Nicholas Malindretos was in federal court after his arrest Wednesday in Clifton. He’s accused of throwing a Molotov cocktail at a synagogue in Bloomfield. Prosecutors revealed they uncovered not only the clothes seen on surveillance, but other evidence.

Inside the court room, the public defender representing the 26-year-old suspect offered a glimpse of what we may expect as his defense, arguing Malindretos may be suffering from an undiagnosed mental health disorder.

Meanwhile, the United States District Attorney’s office says they were able to make an arrest after finding many of the materials caught on surveillance.

“Searched the car and seized a mask, gloves and a sweatshirt consistent with the attack in the video,” said Philip Sellinger, U.S. Attorney for the District of New Jersey.

​​HORROR: Researchers Discover COVID Drug Created By Merck Is Causing Virus Mutations In Patients

Researchers in the United States and the United Kingdom have revealed that Lagevrio, a drug designed by Merck meant to treat COVID, is causing the virus to mutate in patients.

This creates the potential for more communicable and deadly versions of COVID to emerge in the future.

When one studies how Lagevrio works, this should not come as a shock. The pill attacks the COVID virus by trying to alter its genetic code.

Once inside a human cell, a virus can make 10,000 copies of its genetic code in a few hours. Each copy made increases the risk the virus makes a rare mistake and creates an inexact replica.

This is how mutations happen as we have seen with COVID. A drug that deliberately alters a virus’s genetic code would greatly increase the mutation risk.

Moreover, Merck was warned by multiple scientists their drug might create problematic mutations which would render the virus more dangerous and difficult to treat. The company decided to blow off any concerns and put Lagevrio on the market anyway.

Merck & Co.’s Covid-19 pill is giving rise to new mutations of the virus in some patients, according to a study that underscores the risk of trying to intentionally alter the pathogen’s genetic code.

Some researchers worry the drug may create more contagious or health-threatening variations of Covid, which has killed more than 6.8 million people globally over the past three years.

Mutations linked to the use of Merck’s pill, Lagevrio, have been identified in viral samples taken from dozens of patients, according to a preprint study from researchers in the US and at the Francis Crick Institute, Imperial College London and other UK institutions.

The drug-linked mutations of the virus haven’t been shown to be more immune-evasive or lethal yet, according to the study published Friday without peer review on the medRxiv website. But their very existence highlights what some scientists say are potential risks in wider use of the drug, which was recently cleared in China.

Lagevrio works by creating mutations in the Covid genome that prevent the virus from replicating in the body, reducing the chances it will cause severe illness. Some scientists had warned before it was authorized in late 2021 that by virtue of how it works, the drug could give rise to mutations that could turn out to be problematic. The preprint paper has reawakened those worries about the Merck drug.

The FBI will search Mike Pence’s Indiana home for classified documents, the Wall Street Journal reported.

The Justice Department is in talks with Mike Pence’s lawyers to conduct the search.

Last Tuesday it was reported that a “small number of documents bearing classified markings” were discovered at former Vice President Mike Pence’s Carmel, Indiana home.

According to CNN, Mike Pence had one of his lawyers search his residence for classified materials “out of an abundance of caution.”

“Vice President Pence was unaware of the existence of sensitive or classified documents at his personal residence,” Pence’s rep. Greg Jacob wrote. “Vice President Pence understands the high importance of protecting sensitive and classified information and stands ready and willing to cooperate fully with the National Archives and any appropriate inquiry.”

The National Archives last week asked former presidents and vice presidents to check their records for classified materials.

“The responsibility to comply with the PRA does not diminish after the end of an administration,” the letter states. “Therefore, we request that you conduct an assessment of any materials held outside of NARA that relate to the Administration for which you serve as a designated representative under the PRA, to determine whether bodies of materials previously assumed to be personal in nature might inadvertently contain Presidential or Vice Presidential records subject to the PRA, whether classified or unclassified.”

“The Archives sent the letter to representatives for former Presidents Trump, Barack Obama, George W. Bush, Bill Clinton, George H.W. Bush and Ronald Reagan, and former Vice Presidents Pence, Biden, Dick Cheney, Al Gore and Dan Quayle.” CNN reported.

The letter sent to former presidents and vice presidents comes after Mike Pence ‘found’ classified documents at his Carmel, Indiana home.

Unvaccinated cadets at the U.S. Military Academy in West Point, New York, are facing travel restrictions again, despite the military lifting its COVID-19 vaccine mandate earlier this month, according to reports.

Military attorney R. Davis Younts told Just the News on Jan. 30 that reimposing the restrictions despite the mandate being dropped by the Department of Defense “feels like coercion” to push cadets into getting the shots, which has been prompted by the Biden administration.

The lawyer questioned the justification behind the policy but acknowledged that West Point ultimately has the authority to make such a change.

“Is there suddenly a crazy spike in COVID deaths in West Point, New York,” or is it because there isn’t “anything left to coerce the cadets into compliance?” the attorney told the publication.

The US military needs leadership that is not woke and doesn’t force woke policies on the cadets at West Point.

Haley would be the first Republican to challenge President Trump for the Republican nomination. Trump announced his candidacy last November after the mid-term elections.

Dan Newhouse (R., Wash.) and Cathy McMorris Rodgers (R., Wash.), alongside more than 40 cosponsors, last week proposed legislation that would prohibit any purchase of public or private agricultural real estate in the United States and its territories by “nonresident aliens, foreign businesses, or any agent, trustee, or fiduciary associated with the Government of the People’s Republic of China.”

The legislation, known as the Prohibition of Agricultural Land for the People’s Republic of China Act, would also bar those entities from involvement in Department of Agriculture programs…

Medical Examiner Revises ABC News Exec’s Cause of Death Almost Two Months Later: Asphyxia, Not Heart Attack

Almost two months after the ABC News executive’s death, the medical examiner concluded that the original cause of death—a heart attack—was incorrect.

On December 23, 2022, Dax Tejera died unexpectedly from a “heart attack,” according to a statement sent out to employees by ABC News president Kim Godwin.

Tejera was the executive producer of the ABC News Sunday public affairs show “This Week with George Stephanopoulos.”

“It’s with a heavy heart and great sadness that we share that our friend and colleague, Dax Tejera passed away suddenly of a heart attack last night,” Kim Godwin said in a statement.

“As EP of “This Week with George Stephanopoulos” Dax’s energy, passion and love for that show, ABC News, and you, shined every Sunday morning. That same love was extended to his precious girls. Our thoughts are with his wife, Veronica, the couple’s two young daughters, and the entire Tejera family,” Godwin continued.

Dax Tejera’s wife, Veronica Tejera, was arrested for child endangerment hours after he passed away.

Veronica Tejera was booked on two counts of “acting in a manner injurious to a child.”

Apparently, Dax and his wife left their two-year-old and five-month-old babies unattended in a hotel room, so they could go to a posh Midtown restaurant.

A spokesperson for the NYPD’s public information office told Variety that “police responded to a 911 call at 11 p.m. that evening, reporting ‘unattended children’ at 50 Vanderbilt Avenue in Manhattan. That address houses The Yale Club, a members-only hotel.”

“Police said a preliminary investigation ‘revealed that a 2-year-old female and a 5-month-old female were left alone inside of a hotel room for an extended period of time,'” the report added.

On Wednesday, authorities released new information suggesting that Dax was choked to death because he was too drunk during a night out with his wife.

According to the New York City Office of the Chief Medical Examiner, Dax Tejera died from “asphyxia due to obstruction of airway by food bolus complicating acute alcohol intoxication.”

New York Post reported:

His wife, Veronica, was arrested just hours after he collapsed for leaving the couple’s young kids alone in a hotel room in the Yale Club that evening. The widow and mother of two was charged with child endangerment but has insisted she was monitoring her children.

Pushing back on the charges, the mom said she brought her husband to the hospital and asked her parents and a close friend to watch their 5-month-old and 2-year-old while she monitored them by camera.

“The hotel would not allow my friend in and instead called the NYPD,” she said in a statement after her arrest.

But sources told The Post the couple left their kids at home to go dinner with friends at Bobby Van’s 230Park.

An employee there said Dax seemed unwell shortly into the meal, prompting a server to check on him.

“So, before anyone ate, just after the server brought the orders, he asked, ‘Are you OK, sir?’” the staffer told The Post.

The inebriated producer then “got up and started walking like he was going to the men’s room, but he made a right instead and went out the front door and the server followed him outside.”

“The server said that he collapsed in the corner, right here outside the restaurant,” the employee said. “It was terrible and a terrible shame they left little, little children alone like that.”

ABC also lost another employee, ABC Producer Erica Gonzalez passed away the week before Tejera.

The cause of her death was not disclosed by ABC 10News or her family.

ABC has been in litigation for denying religious exemptions for the vaccine.

Last January Fulton County Georgia District Attorney Fani Willis requested a special grand jury in her investigation into former President Donald Trump’s efforts to overturn Georgia’s fraudulent 2020 election results.

Fani Willis based her investigation on President Trump’s call with Georgia officials that was later doctored and leaked to the fake news outlet Washington Post. The WaPo published a completely fraudulent text of the call. These phony charges have already been debunked by The Gateway Pundit and others.

Again — Willis and her handlers are investigating a now-infamous call between former President Trump and Sec. of State Brad Raffensperger, in which Trump pressured the Georgia SOS to uncover what he insisted was fraud that would overturn Georgia’s election results.

The infamous phone call between Trump and Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger was recorded by Raffensperger and his office. Raffensperger’s team then leaked and lied about it to the far left Washington Post.

In May local news reported that a grand jury has been selected to investigate Fani Willis’s junk charges against President Trump.

A judge has now ordered parts of the grand jury report to be released as the prosecutor considers charges against Trump and his allies.

The DA intends to indict Trump.

A final report produced by an Atlanta-area special grand jury investigating efforts by President Donald Trump and his allies to overturn Trump’s 2020 election loss in Georgia will remain mostly sealed as a local prosecutor considers charges in the case, a judge ruled.

But Fulton County Superior Court Judge Robert McBurney said in an order released Monday that he will make public three sections of the grand jury report, including the panel’s introduction and conclusion to its findings as well as a section in which the grand jury “discusses its concern that some witnesses may have lied under oath during their testimony.”

McBurney scheduled the release for Thursday.

The decision comes after a Jan. 24 court hearing at which Fulton County District Attorney Fani T. Willis pressed McBurney to keep the report sealed to protect the ongoing criminal investigation and the rights of potential “defendants” in the case — language that suggested that charges may be filed based on the grand jury’s findings.

In that hearing, Willis told McBurney that charging decisions in the case were “imminent.”

On Monday, McBurney disclosed in his ruling that the grand jury had “provided the district attorney with exactly what she requested: a roster of who should (or should not) be indicted, and for what, in relation to the conduct (and aftermath) of the 2020 general election in Georgia.”

The judge agreed with Willis that releasing the full report at this time would violate due process of “potential future defendants” because what was presented to the grand jury was a “one-sided exploration” of what happened.

China’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs Slams Biden Regime and Mainstream Fake News Media Over Nord Stream Explosions and Ohio Train Derailment (VIDEO)

Chinese Foreign Ministry Wang Wenbin attacked the Biden regime over the Nord Stream pipeline explosions, and accused the mainstream fake news media of being “complicit in America’s crimes.” He also questioned why the Biden regime isn’t protecting its own people in the wake of the train derailment in Ohio.

It’s been a week since the explosive article by Sey Hersh linking Joe Biden to the sabotage of the Nord Stream 2 pipeline. Hersh said that the Biden gang was responsible for last fall’s pipeline explosion, according to his source.

In his first interview since publishing his bombshell Nord Stream report, investigative journalist Seymour Hersh said it was “not a hard story to find” and that it was obvious that NATO was involved in the Nord Stream attack. Hersh was astonished at his colleagues, who “don’t seem to have anyone inside.”

Biden “saw that gas as a weapon”, Hersh said. “As long as Russia was selling that much gas, they thought Russia would weaponize it if there was a war.” The planning began before the war, Hersh said.

“The New York Times has a lot of terrific reporters, but when it comes to this type of reporting, they underestimate the American people. We’re ready to accept the fact the President did this,” Hersh said. “You have to hold the President to account.”

On Wednesday, Wang Wenbin called for an investigation into the sabotage of the Nord Stream gas pipelines and the prosecution of those involved. He also attacked the mainstream media in the US for being complicit in America’s crimes.

“The Nord Stream gas pipelines are vital, transnational infrastructure. The explosions have had a serious impact on the global energy market and ecological environment. If the American investigative journalist Hersh is telling the truth, and it was the US who attacked the pipelines, the act is clearly unacceptable and must be answered for,” said Wenbin.

“The US owes the world a responsible explanation. What we want to ask is why media outlets that have always been claiming themselves to be free, professional and fair have made few reports on the latest Nord Stream investigation, and such a major incident as the train accident that caused a chemical leak which is threatening American people‘s life and safety? As far as we know it is not the first time that this happened,” he continued.

Wengbin also attacked the Biden regime on why it is not protecting its people on the Ohio train derailment.

Ohio Governor Mike DeWine revealed that the Biden Regime is actively refusing to help East Palestine. FEMA is claiming Ohio is “not eligible for assistance at this time.”

“Immediately after the explosions of the Nord Stream pipelines, we saw extensive coverage in Western media with one-sided speculations on who was “responsible” for the sabotage. What we see now, however, is that these media, hailed as free, professional and impartial, have fallen silent over Seymour Hersh’s investigative report. Doesn’t this call for concern and reflection?” Wengbin added.

“Since the train derailment caused the chemical leak in the US, many American people have questioned the US government and media for downplaying the accident. At public events, US officials described the balloon as a challenge to the US, yet said nothing about this serious chemical leak accident. ​​SCOTUS to Reconsider Hearing Case Accusing Biden, Harris, Pence, and Other Lawmakers of Violating Oaths by Ignoring 2020 Fraud Allegations

100 Percent Fed Up – The Supreme Court is reconsidering whether to hear a lawsuit filed by Raland J. Brunson that alleges President Joe Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, former Vice President Mike Pence, 291 House members, and 94 senators violated their oaths of office by refusing to investigate evidence of fraud in the 2020 election.

Brunson initially filed his lawsuit in the Utah 2nd District Court on June 21, 2021, with the goal of proving that, by voting against the proposed investigation into 2020 voter fraud, the defendants violated their sworn oath to “support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic…”

After making its way to the Supreme Court, SCOTUS denied Brunson’s petition. On January 23, Brunson filed a petition for reconsideration.

In the petition, Brunson, who is representing himself in the case, argued that the involved lawmakers should face a penalty for violating their oaths of office or else they aren’t binding.

“The Oath of Office requires that aid and comfort cannot be given to those levying war through a rigged election,” wrote Brunson, arguing that a “Presidential rigged election is a threat to the Constitution.”

“When members of Congress become aware of such allegations, an investigation into these allegations is required, or they become violators of their Oath of Office,” Brunson added.

Brunson also poses a question to the Supreme Court, asking, “Doesn’t this court have the power to adjudicate these serious claims and to immediately end the conflict and fix the national security breach?”

On February 1, the Supreme Court set a date to reconsider Brunson’s hearing for February 17.

Joe Biden’s doctor on Friday absurdly claimed the octogenarian president who is unable to utter a coherent sentence is “healthy” and “vigorous.”

“President Biden remains a healthy, vigorous, 80-year-old male, who is fit to successfully execute the duties of the Presidency, to include those as Chief Executive, Head of State and Commander in Chief,” Dr. Kevin O’Connor wrote after Biden’s annual physical.

There was no mention of what drugs, if any, Biden takes in order to stay awake and read his speeches.

Biden’s physician did not provide a cognitive test.

Former White House doctor Ronny Jackson said Biden’s health report is ‘alarming’ and accused the White House physician of covering up Biden’s cognitive decline.

“The majority of Americans can see that Biden’s mental health is in total decline, yet there is no transparency from the White House on what’s going on, if anything, to address this issue and his inability to do his job,” Dr. Ronny Jackson told Fox News Digital. “Yesterday’s written physical exam report released by Biden’s physician, Kevin O’Connor, further confirms that this administration is still adamant about concealing the truth.”

BREAKING: Former Mesa, CO clerk Tina Peters Announces Bid for Colorado GOP Chair

Former Mesa County, CO Clerk Tina Peters has been in the spotlight in both Colorado as well as national politics since 2021. Peters bravely stepped in before the Colorado Secretary of State authorized a “Trusted Build” on the machines in Colorado and took a forensic image of the machines in her custody. This allowed a comparison to be made of the machines both before and after this “Trusted Build.” The Gateway Pundit has covered Peters’ story since it was first disclosed at Mike Lindell’s Cyber Symposium in August of 2021.

Now, the persecuted former clerk has thrown her hat in the mix for the Colorado GOP Chairmanship.

On February 14, 2022, Tina Peters announced her run for Colorado Secretary of State. On March 8, 2022, the Mesa County Grand Jury announced the indictment of Clerk Peters. It has been speculated that this indictment was political retribution. Peters was and still is wildly popular in the grassroots movement and garnered the endorsements of both President Trump and Mike Lindell, among other notable conservatives.

Peters was able to get on the ballot through the state’s convention, where she received over 60% of the votes. Her opponent in the Republican primary, Pam Anderson, did not caucus but instead got on the ballot through acquiring signatures. Peters surpassed Anderson in both total dollar amount raised for her campaign as well as total number of donors. The only known poll for the primary race showed Peters overwhelmingly in the lead. But on election day, to the surprise of many, not only did the Director of the Center for Tech and Civic Life (CTCL) beat Tina Peters, so did Mike O’Donnell, a relatively unknown candidate. I guess the Republicans in Colorado support the 2020 “Zuckerbuck” initiative.

​​Former Prosecutor Calls Georgia Grand Jury Investigation Into Trump a ‘Political Persecution’

Former federal prosecutor Hans von Spakovsky says the Georgia grand jury investigation into former President Donald Trump is a “political persecution.”

Von Spakovsky said nobody should give any credibility to the investigation into whether or not Trump attempted to disrupt the 2020 election.

“No one should give any credibility to the findings of this grand jury,” von Spakovsky, a former member of the Federal Election Commission (FEC) who also served on the Fulton County elections board, told Fox News.

“I say that because the DA there, Fani Willis, has made it very clear that she is not only politically ambitious, but that she is unethical,” he added.

According to von Spakovsky, there is no legal basis for the investigation at all.

“There’s no credible legal basis for her to be investigating this case. And she has shown that this is really a political prosecution, and it’s a matter of self-aggrandizement. I mean, all you have to do is look at some of the witnesses she subpoenaed to come to her grand jury,” von Spakovsky continued.

Emily Kohrs, the forewoman who led the Georgia grand jury investigation into Trump’s phone calls to Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, has been appearing all over the liberal media on Wednesday.

Kohrs said that jurors recommended charges for several individuals and strongly insinuated that Trump was one of them.

“You’re not going to be shocked,” Kohrs told The New York Times when asked if the panel recommended charges against Trump. “It’s not rocket science.”

Trump responded to Kohrs’ media tour in a post on Truth Social.

“This Georgia case is ridiculous, a strictly political continuation of the greatest Witch Hunt of all time,” Trump wrote. “Now you have an extremely energetic young woman, the (get this!) ‘foreperson’ of the Racist D.A.’s Special Grand Jury, going around and doing a Media Tour revealing, incredibly, the Grand Jury’s inner workings & thoughts.”

Trump continued, “This is not JUSTICE, this is an illegal Kangaroo Court. Atlanta is leading the Nation in Murder and other Violent Crimes. All I did is make TWO PERFECT PHONE CALLS!!!”

​​LEAK: Special Counsel Jack Smith Investigating Classified Docs Found at Mar-a-Lago After August Raid

Another day, another Deep State leak.

Biden’s Justice Department has nothing on Trump so they are going to try to get him on ‘obstruction’ charges.

Special Counsel Jack Smith is investigating how classified documents were found at Trump’s Mar-a-Lago residence after the August raid last year.

FBI agents descended on Trump’s Florida residence last summer looking for presidential records lawfully stored at the former president’s home.

The feds seized classified documents stored at Mar-a-Lago and thoroughly searched the property.

However, more documents with classified markings were found in a box among presidential schedules in December, a few months after the summer FBI raid.

The feds are investigating why the box of documents wasn’t given to the DOJ and what ‘Trump’s role’ was in storing the box.

They’re going for obstruction charges.

CNN reported:

The Justice Department wants to know how a box containing a handful of classified records scattered among copies of presidential schedules turned up at Mar-a-Lago late last year, well after several rounds of searches of the property by federal agents and aides to former President Donald Trump, according to people familiar with the matter.

Investigators working for special counsel Jack Smith in recent weeks have interviewed a Trump aide who copied classified materials found in the box using her phone to put them onto a laptop. After a voluntary interview with the aide, prosecutors subpoenaed the password to the laptop, which she provided, according to one of the sources.

The classified documents contained in the box were discovered in December, after the Justice Department told Trump’s legal team to conduct yet another search for documents at Trump’s Mar-a-Lago resort.

People familiar with the Trump legal team’s efforts to locate documents describe a confusing chain of events that delayed discovery of the box, including having its contents uploaded to the cloud, emailed to a Trump employee, and moved to an offsite location before finally ending up back at a Mar-a-Lago bridal suite that is now Trump’s office – the very place that the FBI had searched just weeks earlier.

Trump’s legal team has acknowledged in recent weeks they turned over to the special counsel the box and a laptop containing its scanned contents. But prosecutors have continued asking why it wasn’t given to the Justice Department earlier, and what if any role or knowledge Trump may have had about its movements, sources said.

In Pennsylvania alone, the Democrats were able to find one million votes for Joe Biden following the election when President Trump was ahead by nearly 800,000 votes.

In 2022, Republicans vowed to stay at home and cast their vote on Election Day to beat the Democrat mail-in voter fraud. In Arizona, Republicans had the most popular and attractive slate of candidates in the history of the state. Then on Election Day, Maricopa County officials jammed up the machines with ballots that were too big or too small. Over 60 percent of the county’s voting centers had broken machines that were unable to count these wrong-sized ballots. Thousands of conservatives, who made up more than 72% of Election Day voters were denied their right to vote. Thousands had no idea if their vote even counted after they were told to throw them into Door # 3 that would be counted later.

​​Chicago Mayoral Election Kicks Off, Winner Might Not Be Known For Months

Election day in Chicago has arrived.

Chicagoans are heading to the polls this morning to cast their vote for Chicago mayor and for members of Chicago’s City Council.

Before the polls even opened a large number of ballots had already been cast in the election

Chicago 5 News reported, “As of Monday night, 244,580 ballots had been cast, with 131,806 ballots from in-person early voting and another 112,774 from residents who opted to vote by mail.”

Due to the high volume of mail-in ballots and early voters, news outlet Chicago Business has reported the election results will take several days to tabulate.

The winner of the election however may not be decided in days. It may take several months.

Currently, there are nine candidates running in the mayoral race but in order to be elected outright a candidate must have 50% of the vote.

The incumbent Mayor Lori Lightfoot is not expected to hit that 50% mark due to turning a blind eye to the city’s crime rates.

​​New Database Launched To Help Pressure States To Clean Up Voter Rolls

The fight for election integrity is gaining steam.

The Public Interest Legal Foundation just launched a database to help pressure states to clean up their voter rolls.

Epoch Times reported:

A new interactive website database is now available free to individual citizens and election reform groups across the country to help in the fight to get all states to obey a federal election law mandating regular voter roll maintenance.

The Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF), a national, non-profit, law firm dedicated to election integrity, announced the launch of the website on Feb. 27.

The data provided on the website is designed to encourage some defiant state election officials to comply with the National Voter Registration Act of 1993 (NVRA).

“We hope this interactive database will draw attention to the hundreds of thousands of errors in the voter rolls. Every error in the voter rolls is a vulnerability in our elections that can lead to fraud and abuse. Election officials must do their job and keep accurate voter rolls,” said PILF president J. Christian Adams in a press release.

Judicial Watch recently announced a massive win in the fight to clean up voter rolls.

Los Angeles County removed 1,207,613 ineligible voters from its rolls.

Judicial Watch announced today that Los Angeles County removed 1,207,613 ineligible voters from its rolls since last year under the terms of a settlement agreement in a federal lawsuit Judicial Watch filed in 2017 (Judicial Watch, Inc., et al. v. Dean C. Logan, et al. (No. 2:17-cv-08948)). Judicial Watch sued on its own behalf and on behalf of four lawfully registered voters in Los Angeles County and the Election Integrity Project California, Inc., a public interest group involved in monitoring California’s voter rolls.

Under the terms of the settlement agreement, Los Angeles County sent almost 1.6 million address confirmation notices in 2019 to voters listed as “inactive” on its voter rolls. Under the federal National Voter Registration Act (NVRA), voters who do not respond to the notices and who do not vote in the following two federal elections must be removed from the voter rolls. The settlement also required an update to the state’s online NVRA manual to make it clear that ineligible names must be removed and to notify each California county that they are obliged to do this.

In the most recent of a series of progress reports to Judicial Watch, Los Angeles County confirmed that a total of 1,207,613 ineligible and inactive voters were recently removed from the rolls. Los Angeles County confirmed last year that over 634,000 of its inactive voters hadn’t voted in at least 10 years.

Judicial Watch previously detailed that Los Angeles County had allowed more than 20% of its registered voters to become inactive without removing them from the voter list.
